Adding a blog platform to your site is one of the best ways to introduce and use search phrases on your site. Adding new blog posts on a regular basis helps prove to Google that you are an authoritative voice in your industry. Helpful and informative articles give your audience a reason to keep coming back to your site. In competitive markets, we recommend posting to your blog at least three times a month.

Location-Specific Landing Pages

If you are targeting a geographic area where you don’t have a physical address, you’ll need to set up landing pages that use location-specific search terms. For example, if you were a concrete contractor trying to gain customers in Akron, Ohio, then you should create a landing page with content that specifically mentions how you can provide concrete work in the Akron, Ohio area.

If you have more than one office and you wish to market directly to those regions, be sure to in-clude each address on your contact page. You should also configure your Google business ac-count so it knows that you are a multi-location company. This will help your site rank in each area where you have an office.
